Overview
Altar Boyz is a musical-comedy spoof about a fictitious boy band on the last night of their national “Raise the Praise” tour. This holy-inspiring comedy sweetly satirizes the phenomenon of boy bands, the popularity of Christian-themed music and contemporary American culture. Winner of the Outer Critics Circle Award for best Off-Broadway Musical and nominated for 7 Drama Desk Awards.
